Shipping policy

Processing Time
All Aletheion Studio products are made to order. Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for production before your item ships. Production times may vary slightly by product or during peak seasons.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the products in your order and delivery destination. Because our products are made and shipped by our production partners, shipping rates may vary by product.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within approximately 2–5 business days. Delivery estimates are provided when available, but carrier delays may occasionally occur after an order has shipped.

Order Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as tracking becomes available for your order.

International Shipping
International shipping directly through AletheionStudio.com is not currently available while we complete our international shipping setup.

International customers can shop through our Etsy shop, which is already set up to process international orders.

See something on AletheionStudio.com that isn’t available in our Etsy shop? Please use our contact form and let us know which product you would like. We’ll make it available in our Etsy shop within one business day so you can place your international order.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees assessed by their destination country.
