Because each item in our collection is meticulously printed to order using premium museum-grade precision, we do not maintain a warehouse of pre-made inventory. As a result, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Please verify your workspace or sizing choices carefully before finalizing your order.

◆ COMPLIANCE & REPLACEMENTS ◆

Your complete satisfaction with our craftsmanship is our highest priority. If your item arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect, printing flaw, or clear structural error, we will completely replace it at no additional cost to you. 

To initiate a claim, please notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing aletheionstudio@gmail.com with:
• Your original order number.
• Clear, well-lit photos showing the specific printing defect or manufacturing issue.

◆ SHIPPING DAMAGE & COURIER ISSUES ◆

We take immense care in packaging your historic art safely. In the rare event that your package is damaged during transit, or if an issue occurs during final transit delivery via the United States Postal Service (USPS), please contact us immediately so we can manually track down the issue and handle the replacement for you. 

Please note that we work closely with our production facilities to ensure your orders are fulfilled and handled exclusively by safe domestic couriers, completely avoiding standard economy shipping, DHL, or OnTrac services for United States residents to ensure your piece arrives flawlessly.
